Tactics double standards in Ukraine
Kiev today, the protesters newly opened fire on the police.
Fire was opened at 10 hours
and 15 minutes local time near Instytutska streets where rioters wanted
to break through to the Verkhovna Rada [Parliament of Ukraine] of
Ukraine. Shooting continues
At Verkhovna Rada at this time is an emergency session of parliament. Number of injured and killed policemen is unknown.
